  The store used to be great when a manager named John was there. So much so that I would avoid doing things online and have them done in the store. He was transferred about a year ago and the place has fallen apart. My last visit the guy taking care of me did anything but that. He seemed more interested in listening to his hardcore urban music - carrying his JBL portable speaker around with him and constantly fiddling with his music app...while ignoring my questions about certain flagship phones. Or he would just give a quick generic answer with a hard core thug accent like "yeah datts da bes one dey make yo." Uh, thanks but I was asking about the devices processor. Furthermore he couldn't really give any solid information regarding my current plan vs the latest deal. I got more info from reading the website...and, AND the kicker of all kickers is he was to lazy to fill in my personal information on their screen. He asked me to come around the counter and enter it in! Not once, but twice! We are talking about basic info like name, address, contact number. Same when he had to call Assurant. He dialed the number, handed me the store phone and walked away to help another customer. Wait, WHAT? Like I said I used to go there instead of using T-Mobile's website. The reps usually had great knowlege of the different plans and phones. Not this guy. If I didn't already know better this guy would have created a mess. I either need to find a new store, or do everything online, something I would rather not do.
