    I am a new homer owner, work long hours and having guests stay this weekend so it was time to buy a new mattress. I found one I liked with the help of Carl, placed an order on Monday and was told it would be delivered on Wednesday where my friend could sign in my place and I would get a confirmation call the night before. I never got a phone call on Tuesday but I pay no mind to it. Leaving work late Wednesday night, I see voicemail from my mother saying they tried to deliver her the mattress. But she lives down by the shoreline in another town while I live in South Windsor. I call the store and Carl picks up and he's confused as to why it went to the wrong address. He said he is off the next day but he will personally correct it and put in the right address for a same day delivery on Thursday. I also asked if he can call me or leave a voicemail around noon to give me a proximate time as to when the mattress would be delivered so I can have a different friend come to my house and sign it for me. Yesterday, I never got a phone call or voicemail. I stepped out around 2 pm where I talked to the district manager Katie. She said the address was never changed and as a result, it would not be delivered that day. I was frustrated because I am busy with guests this weekend and the only day my friend would be off to sign for the mattress would be next Wednesday. The DM offers to lend me a foldable mattress that I could pick up from the store myself for my guests this weekend. At that point, I said I might as well buy an air mattress. She then offered to credit me double the value of the air mattress as a way to apologize. I am so frustrated from this experience that I refunded the mattress. I don't understand how a mistake like this was made with no remedy to fix it. I will not be doing any business with this company in the future.
