  The service technicians here are actually pretty fantastic if you want a good service professional I recommend crys or AJ now the reason for my 1 star rating is given because of there sales lead Tom who is also the general manager I would not buy any products from this company he's very rude and abrasive he has absolutely no care for his customers and is a very unprofessional Man but don't believe me the proof is in the comments below he hides behind the company name but do not be fooled I urge any new customers to read the rude and unprofessional responses that tom gives to his customers when they voice a compliant you may not have to look far as I'm sure he'll attack me as well the true Mark of great customer service is the way the company treat's there customers when mistakes are made I believe this company has the potential to thrive but only under different management
